As part of its in-country development policy, SAS management actively supports young Omani graduates by providing guidance and opportunities to help them grow into highly skilled professionals. Currently, over 15 trainees are undergoing technical training to become Quality Control Inspectors at Oxy sites in Safah and Wadi Latham.
Recognizing the importance of soft skills alongside technical knowledge, SAS organized a full-day soft skills training session on 16 April 2025. A certified trainer from a well-known provider led the session, covering topics such as leadership, problem-solving, communication, creativity, and work ethics. All trainees attended and expressed sincere appreciation for the valuable experience.
Due to the positive feedback, management plans to extend similar training programs to other departments in the near future.
